25 Year old college graduate who realized that the Business World is not necessarily what he wants. Instead, adventure and excitement in a foriegn land hold such a poweful draw that he has forsaken the promises of work and approval for his dreams…

Okay, seriously though. I just graduated from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs with a degree in Business Information Systems. I’ve worked with technology since 2001 and one day plan on returning to that field, but right now I’ve decided to break away from the norm and travel. No risk, no reward right? Anyway, I’ve been the Teacher’s Assistant for a few freshman level courses, have done 1:1 tutoring and volunteering at a local library, so I feel that I’m prepared for the teaching gig, althought the prospect of full and total language immersion is another matter.

Whoa, my bad. I just pasted and submitted something that wasn’t meant for this forum.

    Here’s the real deal.

I’m coming out to the Pusan area in early July and I’ve been doing a ton of research on hagwons, the culture, tha language and the job enviroments in general. Your podcast summarized it so succinctly…it echoed everything I’ve come to find in my research and networking.

I’m sure you hear it all the time, but thank you for what you’re doing and keep up the great work!

Chris - I kinda like the little intro there :) But we can get it out there pretty quick if you’d like.

Thanks for the comments. We always appreciate listeners taking the time to jot something down. Good luck in Pusan!
