Amir - Thanks for the comments. This is a free podcast and you should be able to download and listen to the podcsats for free.

What problems are you having or is someone trying to charge you for these?

Happy teaching,
Mark

Thanks a million! Your job helps teachers a lot. I wish i could download them free. I am a teacher of young learners, and a university lecturer in Iran. The thing is that it is quite difficult for us to buy those stuff here. Is there any way i could download them for free?

Thanks for getting back to me you guys. I used TPR a lot in class as an introduction for the younger grades, just to get them excited and settled at the time. I should use it more in class to be honest but my classes are jammed packed as it is!

It was really one of the best audios regarding ESL teaching strategies that I had listened. Thanks for that. I have been teaching English to young learners for about 6 years in Turkey and I believe that the strategies you suggested here will be helpfull.

http://www.eslincanada.com/tpr.html
That's a pretty detailed discussion on TPR
http://www.englishraven.com/TPR_main.html
this has some ideas for starting out.

Start your own thread at any forum and you'll see the TPR teachers come out. http://www.mes-english.com/forums/

Of course, just look us up in iTunes and you'll find us there. Hit the subscribe button and then set up your iPod preferences so that ESL Teacher Talk is downloaded to your iPod.
